The bank accepted the offer on my house!!
THE. BANK. ACCEPTED. THE. OFFER. ON. MY. HOUSE!!!!!!
I'm a little bit in shock that this actually happened. I wanted to cry from relief in my office.
This has been a really long process - since October - with its own shares of ups and downs.
There are still details to work out and the actually closing date, but this is the biggest news that I've been waiting to hear.
