Vintage Vibe

I got dressed this morning based on two factors.

First, I didn't shower, so the hair was going up.  Second, after the storms last night it was cool this morning - so pants it is.

I didn't realize it until I put the shirt on that I looked unintentionally vintage.  All I needed was my white keds to really complete the look.

I did throw on a baggy oatmeal colored sweater so I didn't freeze in my office.

The pants are the infamous Minnie Pants.  They are always talked about on fashion blogs as the best, most comfortable ankle length pants.  I had tried them on months ago at a JCrew store and they looked like capris on me - typical with regular sized pants.  It's really hard to see what pants will look like on you when they are hitting in the wrong spot.  Finally, I sucked it up and bought a tall pair online.

I actually really like them, only the waist is way too large (which typically happens when I buy pants), so I am going to have to find a tailor to take them in.
