For my grandpa

My grandpa (on my father's side) is having a pacemaker put in today.

I've been so fortunate to be able to have all four grandparents in my life for as long as I have, but this is a reality check that they are getting older.

I'm thinking of him today.

*Update (9:45am ET): The surgery went well and my aunt said he looks good.  They are hoping he will get to go home tomorrow.
